Responsibilities:
Managing outbound and inbound calls to US-based clients for debt collections
Handling escalated issues and resolving disputes
Negotiating payment plans and ensuring timely collections
Maintaining accurate records of all collection activities
Ensuring compliance with US debt collection regulations
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in US collections
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to handle challenging conversations
Willingness to work in a US shift
Self-travel to the office in Gurgaon
